I think Kerry should not delay the nomination. He needs to quickly come to the forefront with the troubles Bush is facing in Iraq and probably also the economy. It would have a very positive impact on the m inds of the people at a time when people would be looking for an alternative. Right now psychologically Bush is in the minds of the people as a President. When Kerry becomes the official party nominee, then people really start to see him as an official nominee. So Kerry should go forit in the Convention, announce his running mate and if possible, some of his likely Cabinet members, IMO.
