When I say "shareholder" I mean those that paid their hard earned money for the stock and are at risk, not the freebee option stuff.

Sorry to break the news to you but they are not free options. Options are granted at fair market value. I know it's fun to pretend they're free so you can bash but that's the facts. Try making up something else instead.
