Are top officials in the Bush administration planning to allow such an attack in order to reap political advantage?


It would greatly surprise me if an attack DIDN'T come right
before the elections. The Bush Administration is falling
apart at the seams. His negative ads reak of desperation.
Bush will lose the election regardless. You can see a step
by step plan for him to lose. I think he is too stupid to
see it himself.
