I clearly stated that 15.4% per annum was over an 8-year period. You are free to look at only the most recent 4 years, but that doesn't invalidate the result I presented.

Intel paid cash in the amount of $32B (actually $30.8B) ... to repurchase common stock. "Common stock repurchase" is not the same as "stock-based compensation", at least not to the FASB.

If you wish to take the "stock repurchase" tack, however, try to be fair about it. Estimate -- and deduct the after-tax impact of -- an increase in cash compensation that probably would have occurred to offset the absence of stock-based compensation.
