Ram Off topic. Dr. D has the patents tied up every way possible and has total control of the company through a special class of stock. The buy out should one occur will only be on his terms. A new sub will take care of his son(pres.) in a spin off and the good doctor will either R&D or spend his years gloating. All reasons the stock trades at the price it does. Patents are worth more to the big players who can market technology effectively. The recent patent victory just means they will be best off buying out the little guys. Glenn
