Although I believe Intel is better run than many other tech companies, I am 100% in agreement with you that Barrett is miserably failing in his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders by actively promoting the myth that stock options are not an expense, and by the act of thumbing his nose at the recent shareholder vote.
