I think the important question to answer is: are there more terrorists TODAY then, say, last year or before?

If so, then it might not be a reason to 'quit'... but it sure may be a reason to come up with a smarter more effective way to fight them (you know, one that actually REDUCES the number of terrorists and terrorist acts).

After all... aren't we trying to WIN, not LOSE?
