Gary Hart Dem. on Colorado talk radio stated that he believes the hit will kill over 4 million Americans. The terrorists have specific targets in various cities and are simply waiting for some signal to activate themselves. He believes that it is a large force of terrorists that are organized only by their common goal. On going communication is not necessary so they can go on living life in obscurity until they detect a signal to go for it. The signal could be as simple as any type of terrorist act to kick off the rest of them. The most likely targets according to Hart would be cities like Cleveland, Dallas, and Denver because that way the terrorists notify us that they can hit us where we live...anywhere.
