On spending and Iraq, it is impossible to be precise right now until we see the details. Bush is probably hiding hundreds of billions in deficits and Iraq could either get worse or better. If Bush continues following Kerry's advice (as he's started to do finally, after flip-flopping) Iraq may actually get a little better.

Kerry's priorities however are crystal clear.
