Jon, please give us a overview of what took place on the money part of this report. Is this related to the part of 10 mil line of credit, that Neal says was accessed recently. Bottom line, how much money do you think the company received for all of this dilution from the time it had approx 30 mil shares outstanding verse the 52 mil today.
