everybody wants more coal now -- it will probably be the same -- there is always a frenzy. I am not sure why. today the excuse is interest rates may be going up ... Most outfits -- IOUs want to own the first project in the area - and get it into rate base as soon it can practically be allowed ... I think in a couple of years, there will be deals galore on NG fired generation.
