The Article you referenced sounds like a bit of disinformation. "What? shorting? Never heard of it? Naked, we'se dressed!!!! Achtung!!!"

All kidding aside, I think it runs a bit deeper and given the outcry that is just starting, it will be interesting to see what the SEC does.

Mr. Bush does not want another issue looking like his administrators are asleep at the wheel, or just resting after Martha Stewart was pounded. Of course, Spitzer is probably already on this ahead of them.

I'm sure some of the companies did ask for listing and I'm also sure some could care less. However, I've already spoken to a couple of CEO's and they had no idea and are already on their way to their lawyers' offices.

So this one ain't goin' away.

Interesting way to play may be to go long on some of the names listed LOL......
