Anyway did you happen to watch the interview that Larry King had with Dan Rather just before the war in Iraq. Rather had a face to face interview with sadam and during that interview,,,according to Rather....sadam said he had to leave for a while for evening prayers. He left and then returned.
You may also have heard about sadam having the entire koran written in his own blood. Sounds to me that he is a tad religious.
