R-E, Maybe you're not a true contrarian thinker after all... while this young woman's actions are certainly not to be condoned, she is a victim of war just as surely as innocent civilians...the great war machine, which cranks out billions of dollars in profit for the manufacturers of war materiale...while at the same time putting the screws to the US taxpayer who foots the bill for all this...do you think your govt. cares one iota about what happens to our frontline troops...the chain of command always brings to bear the greatest pressure to get the job done on those at the bottom....they have been used & abused far beyond their ability to withstand such pressures...they face death with every breath....unless you have been put under this kind of pressure you cannot know what it is like to walk in their shoes....each one reacts differently in war....many have obviously turned savage & mean, bent on any means of survival...such is the brutality of war...war is hell, as the old saying goes...how true...
