20164079 I have no problem with what Kennedy said. Certainly he overstated the case, and assume he did so for effect.

20164154 I have no idea what Kerry stands for, maybe everything, though not all at any given moment, but within 3 months I bet he's been an advocate of every side of every issue.

20150703 I see nothing offensive in Pelosi's comments and think them less offensive than Frist actively campaigning against Daschle's re-election, but neither act gets to point five on my Richter scale.

19474149 I agree that this is annoying and regret that this kind of activity is becoming more common across the political spectrum.

19824406 I don't know what your point is. I think most of our enemies and most of our allies alike who prefer Bush is defeated.

19932848 meaningless

20164274 how this plays out will be very interesting. as I said earlier, Kerry is not my horse, but he sure looks like one.

19784303 I think calling Bush a traitor is way too strong. Misguided maybe, but a traitor; no way.

20164311 partisan politics have gotten way too acerbic. your comments are just as vituperative as theirs, except theirs are issued more publicly - bad move.

19902373 yup

19908389 these aging delinquents should all be sent to the principal's office until they can learn how to behave.

20164882 Daschle should be unelected.

20165598 Zinni smells like an ugly opportunist.

19507985 I think Kennedy's comments were misconstrued and taken out of context and he should have known that they would be.

19520867 inflammatory hogwash

19520876 garbage - now i now where the worldwide wrestling federation looks for a role-model.

20045577 not sure

18976206 If our senators were smart, they'd have kept their jobs as gas station attendants and yes 'the ex-Klansman, famed for Beltway blowhardism, should have quit talking a lot sooner.'

20169654 Gore has always impressed me as a mediocre puppet. I just can't figure out who is pulling the strings.

Okay, so I see no treachery or slander and yes, I do see outrageous behavior and I think both political parties are very guilty of participating in it and do next to nothing (at least nothing I am aware of beyond Daley's bleating) to stifle it. I'm surprised there aren't more fisticuffs in the 'hallowed' chambers. Maybe next year.

Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Republicans tend to be more self-righteous and indignant than Democrats so that when they misspeak they fall further than their counterparts and the fall is deemed more newsworthy - though it really isn't.

You think the media is liberal and from your point of view I'm sure it is.

From my point of view, I find the media incompetent, immature and more interested in a story than a fact. Though they don't embrace your politics, they don't embrace mine either.

Relying on the media for the news is oxymoronic.

That you scour the news for contrary points of view is a good thing. I just wish I could find someone who approached objective who has the same fervor you do.

Nevertheless I appreciate your forthrightness.

Thanks.
