I am not an American and I have never claimed to be one.

As I wrote it, "we" refers to those who published the poster, not to me.

I represent no-one but myself.

But I will rewrite what I wrote in the third person, rather than the first person: "And here the bad guys are already. This time no-one can say anyone was asleep. The investigation has been done BEFORE the event has happened".

I assumed that was self-evident. Usually when posters of "wanted" people are put up there has been an investigation. However, I accept that the FBI may well put up posters of just anyone. As an American, you would know far better than me if that was indeed so.
