I wince when I hear the republicans talking about pre 9-11 that the war was primarily a law enforcement action. But now that they have the executive and Commander in Chief they have switched to a military operation. Of course that was post 9-11...and hello yeah we all were in favor of getting bin Laden no holds barred. But this president takes our nation into a pre-emptive war in Iraq...and the American people are convinced that Saddam was Al Qaeda. There is no doubt in my mind that a democratic administration would have done the right thing. Gone after bin Laden and taken him out, while working with our allies to rout terrorists from every nation. This administration had a golden chance to further democracy and decency in the world...and they failed completely. Gore's speech really says it all. We need new leadership. We need law abiding officials who tell the truth to the American people. Orca
