Eplay, it may happen if the 'planets' align rightly: no spare capacity to crank up higher output makes easier to corner the oil market becomes easier to corner, if oil becomes the only speculative game in town, consumers don’t care for derivatives' increase, growth in Asian economies goes unabatted… A few thousands of USD to pay for a wayo in Nigeria (like Ogoni people demand higher royalties), an accident on major oil rig, you one of those that are approaching the end of economic life, then reaches the peak and the guys 'in the know' begin the sell off.
