I have no idea which company they might be interested
in. They do have a lot of cash on their balance sheet
and share buy-back is out of the question. Further, I
think it's not going to be capital intensive to expand
their existing core firewall business. Now talking about
acquisition and merger. I think the goal is obviously
to diversify and broaden their revenue base. Maybe someone
they can bundle their products together?

In any case, the merger possibility is always there. To make
it happen will take a while. IMO, the news won't affect the
share price too much.

Again, this is my guess.
