In my opinion, either the posters were put up after an investigation or they were put up without an investigation.

Since you have rejected both possibilities, and with maximum contempt both for me and either suggestion, I wonder if you would please state how, in your opinion, they were put up?

Was there an investigation or wasn't there? Or is there some other possibility?
