Sorry, Scott. Just because I'm not a Pollyanna like you doesn't mean that I don't care. And eliminating the the US's addiction to Middle Eastern oil supplies would be the strongest blow we could EVER strike against the Theocrats and terrorists of the region. It would sap them of money, save more of our dollars for Americans, greatly reduce our structural trade deficit... and leave the radicals from the region with only their own juices to stew in --- without being able to use us as a whipping boy to explain away all of their problems with anymore.
