Bush is a very good fundraiser and cheerleader, otherwise he is not at all qualified to be president. Never was, never will be. Judging from GW just sitting there doing nothing during the WTC attacks, clearly someone else is running the White House, not GW. Or else no one is. But we know Rove and Cheney command great power inside those walls. In fact how awful if political chief Karl Rove is pulling strings in Iraq.
