It is true Bush is sinking and Kerry is rising by default. That may continue until the election or things may turn around and Kerry will be viewed as a do nothing, wait and see guy.

I don't have a guess about which will happen. I, however, do not suggest he continue to wait around. If he actively pushes for solutions that are more viable than what is currently in place he has an excellent chance.

If follows the attitude here trying to give the impression that Bush messed up the world all by himself and we just need to apologize to all the victimized terrorists, so that Europe will let us be part of the in crowd again ... he loses.
