I'm not shocked either. I'm just amazed that we have $200 Billion to spend on another country half way around the world, but not enough for Homeland security right here in the U.S. and other domestic priorities. Something is really amiss in this country. We're being mismanaged in a big way. Bush is going to get bounced this fall.
