Bush can only win under two circumstances:

1) The successful hand over of the Iraq to a legally elected government and a US pull out. That's not going to happen. Bush can only install a puppet or let the Shiites win. He's not going to let them have a legal election.

2) Kerry could say something really stupid. This is far more likely. However I was impressed today to see him mentioning conservation and fuel efficient vehicles. Whoa! Who would have thought "fuel efficiency!"
