Considering the large quantity of IPO's coming out and the refinancing activities of big corporations and the stock buyback programs it seems there is plenty of loose money around for investment, so am not looking for much of a dip.

Bonds and CD's also paying very little so that money will get moved too if the market can just keep its head up for a spell, around 2k Nas and 10 k Dow
