hi, everyone. i am a swing trader. i can say i m pretty good at finding strong momentum stocks when the market is in a ok shape. what frustrating me is i can't do well on the day when the market turns, since at that time i might have half of dozen long positions. the best i could do is to stop out. then what should i do? looking for short candidates? but from the books i have read, they usually don't suggest shorting until the stock breaks below 30 week MA or the weekly MA is pointing down. the transition period is frustrating me a lot. i could be a bull and i could be a bear, but i just don't know how to manage my trades when an uptrend turns south. does anyone else have the similar experience? plz help me and thanx in advance.
