don't apologize for any amusement you get out of life- laugh if you can.. Now that's good advice. Here's what vision popped into my head while reading the posts I called "high dudgeon" from yesterday: I imagined people sitting in chairs in a large hall holding badminton rackets and sniffing to one another in "Professor Kingsfield"* accents as they gingerly bat a little birdie back and forth: "..straw man.." plink "...partisan bashing"... - plink ".. they listen to rush and sean..." plink "..If one hasn't had a teacher in rhetoric.." plink " .. education .. the enemy..." plink "..anti-intellectual bent.." plink Game. I say, Game! *Ooh, QUOTATION MARKS again. Gasp! LOL
