"I'm not sure that having voted for a Democratic 8 years shows flexibility"

Apparently you didn't read any of the links I provided or
you would not have stated that bold faced lie. While it's
been 8 years since I voted for a Democrat for President
(big deal - I voted Republican twice in a row), I have
never voted a straight ticket in my life. I have always
voted for the candidate whom I feel will best represent me
in the office they are running for, based on each
individual candidates record & rhetoric, not their party
affiliation.

I may actually break that string this time around due to
my sincere disgust at where the Democratic Party has gone
in the last 10 years (and has only accelerated the decline
since 2000).
