I use little red potatoes for my potato salad. I also use lots of hard boiled eggs. Boil or steam potatoes until tender. Hard boil a bunch of eggs. Peel and dice eggs....I run mine through a cookie cooling rack...dices them really well. Peel and cube potatoes and put in big bowl Mix eggs, seasoning salt, mayonnaise and sweet pickle juice together in separate bowl. Add to potatoes and mix. DON'T EVER USE MUSTARD You can add diced onion.....I like scallions...celery, pickles..whatever you like. People really like this potato salad. M
