OK will try this on Sunday.

I only buy red potatoes, will go with 2 small (about twice the size of the egg).

3 eggs, 5-6 scallions, 3 short stalks of celery and a few sweet pickles, chopped.

For the rest, I'll just wing it and taste as I mix.

PS.. I don't have a cookie cooler thingy. Think I'll put the eggs through my slicer then halve that. OK?

Sound about right to you? I don't want left overs.
