I believe all the bad news is out and CEO Parker has had several weeks to get a good story together for the future. The stock has been sold by most institutions that are herd followers and a good base for an extended upside move is getting built. I expect a bounce to 8 - 8 1/2 within a very short period of time (several days). A move to above 10 will probably take longer but for investors, not traders, this stock should be substantially higher within several months.
