Did I say it was a flip flop? I've merely reported what actually happened and for some reason this has thrown you into a tizzy. Using your rationale, it was a lack of leadership. Kerry's answer to everything is consensus and checking which way the wind blows. At some point, a leader has to LEAD. Perhaps you've identified his principal flaw.
