Archangel, I think you are missing Donald's point. The point is you may as well just change the thread titltle to read PRIVATE! Anyone positive or negative who has read this thread (your suggestion) will want to be on your little private deal. If anything the compulsion for naysayers will be GREATER, to potentially get extra info. Just for curiosity, how do you rule someone OUT? And if you have ruled ANYONE out maybe you should let us know here! I DO understand your motive is positive and you DID say it is on a volunteer (sp?) basis, but as a fellow shareholder I personnally fail to see what may be accomplished. Not that you have to please myself or anyone else. Whatever, best of luck, private or not, FACTS and PROGRESS can only be held down for so long. The victory will be that much sweeter in hindsight recalling all the adversity and naysayers SUM had to overcome! Respectfully Frank M
