The structure of how to do it is not yet known.
We are still searching for a winning format (weekly, monthly, anytime, etc), deciding on a fun approach, choosing a cost effective/appropriate technology, and then locating an user friendly venue.
Until we do, we cannot open up this particular venue because the blog technology is not meant for 'open' outcry method of SI, perhaps is inappropriate for what we are trying to do, and may get quickly overwhelmed so that we cannot 'stay the course' over Niagara Falls :0)
