I had forgotten that chart, too! Thanks, Brian. Perfect illustration of where I believe we are in the cycle. I don't want the bulls to get too excited but we have 2 factors warming up that we would need to get the Nasdaq to rally (and maybe the entire market with it). A stronger showing by the SOX and similar strength starting to show up in MSFT. I think Mr. Softy is ready for a move up and it could help both the Djia and the Naz. Maybe we are ready for the rally that RtS has been patiently waiting for?
