Yes, North Korea has nukes, needs money, and has a record of selling arms. That's why we should be concerned with them. There was no evidence that Saddam had WMDs. They were destroyed by the first Gulf War and UN inspections, and as our recent attack has proven, he didn't restart his weapons programs. More of the lies that got us invovled in this war.
