Yes the P/C has been fairly high still. I agree that it supports further up.

The biggest case for the bears here is the BKX weekly chart. It sure looks like 5 waves off the top and now we are back to the area of the 'iv' wave of one less degree. This is near where that chart should turn down hard if it is still pointing down. We'll see.
