The council of the directors OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Irkutskenergo"
approved investment project on Fraternal GES with cost $12,5 of
million. As the press- service of energy company reports, this solution was accepted at the council session of directors taken
place on Tuesday 25 May in Moscow. The council of directors approved the proposals of management
according to the investment program on the replacement of six turbines
wheels of fraternal ( Bratsk) GES. The purposes of project is obtaining additional profit due to an
increase EFFICIENCY in the aggregates, the decrease of expenditures for repairs, an increase in the reliability of station, an increase in the regulated ability GES. The preliminary estimate of the cost of project comprises more than
$12,5 mln., the period of realization - five years, payback period - three years. Soon the administration OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Irkutskenergo" will
examine the results of tender according to this investment program.
The previously general director OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Irkutskenergo"
Vladimir Kolmogorov reported, that on the deliveries of equipment most acceptable on the price is
the proposal of Leningrad metal-working plant, also among the aspirants company "Siemens".
As it communicated earlier, Sberbank is ready to grant TO JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Irkutskenergo"
during the first stage of the realization of the project of 200
millions. rubles along the renewed credit line.
Installed capacity of fraternal GES - 4500 MW (18 hydrogenerators, each
250 MW). Design annual output - 22,6 billion. kWh. For delivering of power and connection with the power facilities from
the substation GES will move away 5 Lep-shch00 kV and 20 Lep-220 kV. In the operation find ten transformers 220 kV through 300 MVA, 12 single-phase transformers 500 kV on 210 MVA, 6 units of autotransformers 220/500 kV on 267 MVA. Fraternal GES was put into the operation in 1967.
