Bear, I am sorry if this fails your understanding. We do not have to be the lone country destroying the terrorists. Right now with 140,000 troops in Iraq is the largest single force fighting terrorism. Kerry will involve troops from other countries and thereby make them pay their fair share to make this world a safer place. Kerry will be leading the world to fight terrorism and unlike Bush not fight the threat himself and all alone.
