My popup stopper is from Panicware and was recommended to me by someone here. I just took a look and it doesn't have anything to do with cookies.

I just went to IE Tools and put a check in all 3 boxes for autocomplete. I'll see if that makes a difference. I didn't think I wanted that feature, but maybe I was wrong.
