What enemy? The sovereign nation that we invaded, and its citizens whose children we've killed? The nation against which the U.S. took unilateral action, where many of our strongest allies took objection?
Yeah, the only sane course of action is to imprison and expose some of them to humiliation and abuse. That'll work.
What enemy? I recently coached girl's soccer, including recent Iraqi immigrants to the U.S. They -- and their parents -- seemed to like me. Damn, I musta been fooled. Didn't know that they were my enemy, harboring weapons of mass destruction on the sidelines. Of course, my dad wasn't ex-Director of the C.I.A., and I'm therefore clueless. Nukular weapons, right there on the sidelines!!!
We -- the U.S. -- invaded a sovereign nation on trumped up BS. We have dropped bombs and slugged bullets through thousands of children. Where we were merely not liked, we are now hated. Where we once looked comical, we now look silly, dangerous........ whimsical.
A question..... what would you do to retaliate against a country, a vastly powerful army, government and people, that killed your child?
This war will go down in history as a step way, way, way backwards for mankind, orchestrated by your leader.
How can ANYONE be stupid enough to admire piss ant George Bush? How can our nation be ARROGANT enough to be throwing the right to vote for the jerk at us again?
We are the frigging laughing stock of the world, due to the inept leadership of Bush. AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY DOESN'T HAVE ANY OTHER CANDIDATE?
We turn from humanity to bombs, bullets and invasion. We can identify a rather dimwitted man that is primarily responsible for such. And we push him forward as one of our best, as one of two men who have a shot at leading our country for the next four years. HOW SAD CAN IT GET?
Every four years, I again realize that there's no real choice presented by the U.S. political system, and vote "Green". Every four years, I throw my vote away because there's no alternative. This year, there's a choice. Unfortunately, it's not what I have hoped for.... it's not an intelligent, decisive humanitarian and environmentalist. Kerry is merely an alternative to just plain stupid. HOW SAD CAN IT GET?
