By your own articles, no one has been charged with any wrong doing. There is an investigation underway. Why do you leap ahead of the investigation and assign wrong doing to the French? The Russians? The whole oil for food program was one that the US was involved in and approved. Now if someone was stealing money from the program they will be caught. When you think of it, the program was doomed from the start...letting Saddam sell oil and to control the monies from those sales. It is the fault of the program design as much as anything. I think I will wait till the investigation is over before blaming anyone, or any country. Your hatred makes it easy to blame. I suggest you wait for the facts first Mr. executioner. Orca
