The US had over 16,000,000 serving this country after Pearl Harbor, from a start of 130,000 or so on Dec 7, 1941.

Maybe the UN could have "how to get along with everybody classes" for dictators of countries where there are hundreds of thousands, and sometimes millions, killed and injured.

Of course, that will never happen. The UN as we know it is basically useless.

With a budget of 2.1 Billion/year, and a peace keeping force of 42,000, what is the cost per peacekeeper, and what exactly are they supposed to do?
