It most certainly does not. Bush is the complete opposite of Kerry. Bush is 100% American while Kerry is a self proclaimed "Internationalist". That means he'll sell the American people down the river if his international foreign leader friends tell him to do so. He's more concerned with their opinions than with what's best for the USA.
