new highs in capex stocks? The big names like intel are down and then the up and comers like JNPR. The only capex company I can think of hitting new highs is rhat. But that is a back door google play. Its not a problem for me that capex stocks aren't rallying because I prefer internet stocks anyway but until the JNPR and QLGCs of the world hit new highs the naz won't move much.

QLGC was strong last week though. Storage is the one area that VCs are still excited about in infrastructure. I guess this walmart rfid tagging is a huge driver for storage growth and then once wmt does it, every retail transaction will be tracked just like ecommerce.

These infrastructure companies are classic manufacturing in terms of benefits they provide for leverage and workers so I am hoping business picks up there soon. Not enough good jobs at Google.

edit- BRCM is very close to a year high it looks like, there's another one in addition to rhat.
