Riley a friend had the following questions. I wasn't sure of the answeres. Do you or someone on the thread have th answers. Can MM's do naked shorts anytime they like? Is there no time frame in which they have to cover? If every investor had his cert.'s delivered (this "cartel) can the MM still short? Thus defeating the cartel's plan? By the way, I still have not been filled. Tony D.
