Having done my own detailed investigation of Ken Lay, it's obvious he was guilty of being stupid and it cost ken lay millions, maybe into the hundreds of millions. Any rational person who looks into it will conclude the same thing. And the stupid will say he should go to jail for being stupid.

That is not the America I know. And only as GZ would say the intellectual voids would equate a limitation of liability with the idea of no consequences. Your statements have been and continue to be intellectually stupid.

The only reason Ken Lay is not and will not go to jail is that the only thing he did wrong was be trusting, too trusting.
