<Personally, though I favor Bush's firm stay the course policy on the WOT and Iraq.>

I will give you credit for one thing. Not saying that his war in Iraq was part of the war on terror when he invaded. Since the overthrow of Saddam it has become a part of the war on terror but not to the extent which junior wants us to believe. In reality it has become bin Laden's best recruiting tool and a training camp for terrorists to learn their trade and a black eye for America.

As far as my thoughts on how junior has handled terrorism I think he has been close to a complete failure. Before 9-11 he did several things which made bin Laden's life easier and didn't do several things which may have prevented the attack from happening. On the day of 9-11 he wimped out and froze in his tracks till he was told he better get out of that classroom and do something. When he got airborne he ran the opposite direction from the trouble. After 9-11 he did invade Afghanistan which anybody would have done but he did it with too small of a force and withdrew important troops before the job was done. He allowed his commanders to rely on Afghanistani nationals to do some fighting for us which should never have been done. This is no more apparent than at Tora Bora when bin Laden was surrounded and the American troops were held back while bin Laden escaped. Overall on the war on terror I would give junior a score of 60 on a scale of 1 to 100 since 9-11, a 40 if you include the time before 9-11.

The gop's claim that kerry is a flip flopper is merely a campaign ploy. Junior has flipped on enough things since he took office to prove he is more of a flip flopper than Kerry is. The flip flop charge reminds me of the Willie Horton ads which the gop falsely used to prove Dukakis was soft on crime. It worked then but it isn't working as well now although some people actually believe the propaganda and even repeat it.
