What do the Patriot Act, and the No Child Left Behind legislation have in common? They all seemed like a good ideas if carried out correctly, but all three have been grossly mismanaged, abused or underfunded by Bushies.

That's why all three need to be overhauled, especially the Iraq policy where Bush promised one thing, then did another, using sexed-up intelligence I might add.

Add to that the Medicare Bill which Bushies said would cost 135 billion less than it really will. The real problem is therefore not the policies themselves but the way they've been mismanaged, lied about or otherwise corrupted. Every Bushie bill should be rewritten by the new administration and congress. Bush's tax bill for instance is full of fine print favoring billionaires and CEO's. That needs to be changed ASAP.
